Does antidote heal slow? If so, it could be possible that you were both slowed and hasted. But i guess not.

That was in WM capristo. As can be seen by the fact that there's no "fog".

Also, you can't be hasted and slowed, they cancel each other out.

I'm beginning to think this is a bug. Skeletons can't drink after all, so I doubt the DEVs would've thought to test this...

It could be intentional... I guess. Although one would think an antidote or healing potion would harm an undead creature. But then again, I guess a skeleton could move faster without all those horrid bone rotting diseases it has amassed over the years.

No, it's most likely a bug.

Oh, I see.
So does that only happen to skeletons and not to people?
And have you been able to replicate it multiple times?

I guess the lesson here is, don't throw antidote liquid at skeletons

Actually, I haven't been able to replicate it. Shall I move this thread to the bugs section?

Who in their right minds would throw a rare antidote at a monster anyway.

Someone who has died recently enough that they can start a remorseless WM game!

It says nothing about the skeleton getting faster. I don't know if this actually means anything beyond this not working for monster skeletons.

LOL BDR that must've taken you ages. You can't wish for what a bottle contains.

He could've wished until he got a bottle of antidote liquid and then cloned it with a wished wand of cloning.

It didn't seem to take very long to me, but it can vary. AIR in 100 scrolls of wishing I got about 4 bottles of antidote (and the time on getting all those bottles can be shortened by just dropping that silly encrypted scroll and doing r <enter> <enter> after the first wish). There is the alternate idea of cloning wands, but I think that might actually take longer due to typing in wishes.

I don't see anything about this, but apparently the devs introduced a bug when adding Haste/Slow effects to items... slowing monsters now hastes them instead.
