I got in LIVAN to GC level 9 and there is some kind of son of a b1tch I am not able to detect nor kill. He is teleporting my stuff away. Who the hell is he?

If it is a mystic dark frog - You've probably met at least one before, already.

Welcome! It's probably a mystic dark frog. If you have mad stats, it might be Izzy, in which case you're as good dead.

Thank you guys, it was probably mystic dark frog - I didn´t meet her in LIVAN before and I didn´t remember she was doing such things in IVAN (but its been years since i last played IVAN). I managed to kill it but entering next level meant quick death for me I must say that LIVAN is great. Thanks for this forum. I would never hear of IVAN variants, if you didn´t create it ...
