This may have been broiught up before, but a program similar to nethack's Hearse, where people can swap bones files would be cool.

Couldn't players just upload thier bones files and then have others place them in thier bones folders?

I got the following response from the hearse folks:

Unfortunately due to personal time constraints, I'm afraid this doesn't look very feasible at the moment.

Alas, it doesnt look likely in the near future. I wonder what the ETA for an IVAN update is?

Never. No one knows where the devs are

They pop in and out of the various forums sometimes,but in general,it's a lost cause. Well, in my opinion.

Yet, we are all preaching that one day they will be back, and when they see a successful community, they will bring down an IVAN update within a rain of splendour and awesomness that will fall from the sky, like a bone of Xinroch kickassated by a whip of thievery... In before rejoice deliver redemption etc.

I'm going to create a sub-forum called Bones where the sole purpose is to upload & share bones files... give me a few minutes
